Privacy notice

This notice explains how the individual owner of Platirium AI processes personal data through this early-access landing page. Platirium AI is a project name, not a separate company, and the future marketplace is not yet operating.

1.Controller and contact

Owner and controller
Michael Ostrovsky
Project / trading name
Platirium AI
Service address
Juhkentali 8, Tallinn 10132, Estonia
Email
support@platirium.com
EU representative
EU representative under Article 27 GDPR: Europe Services, SE, Na Cecelicce 425/4, Smichov, 150 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic. Data subjects may contact the representative at info@gdprrepresentative.com regarding the processing of their personal data.

2.Data processed

  • Your first and last name, email address, telephone number, country, city and selected service.
  • Campaign parameters, landing-page address, referring page and visit/submission timestamps when available. These details are held in memory during the visit and sent only if you submit the form; they are not stored persistently in your browser.
  • The Privacy Notice version acknowledged and, if selected, the marketing-consent version and timestamp.
  • Pseudonymous keyed hashes derived from the request IP address and email address, plus submission timestamps, for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the lead database by the application.
  • Technical request and security logs processed by the hosting and database providers as needed to operate and protect the service.
  • If you allow analytics, Google Analytics processes page and event information, referring URLs, browser/device details, approximate location derived from the request and pseudonymous cookie identifiers.
  • If you allow advertising measurement, the Google Ads tag processes page and technical information and advertising click identifiers present in the landing-page URL so visits can later be attributed to advertising. The installed base tag does not send the contact details entered in the form, does not enable enhanced conversions and does not enable ad personalisation.

The form does not request payment data, account credentials, precise device location or special-category personal data.

3.Purposes and legal bases

Early-access request
To receive, assess and respond to the steps you request before a possible future service relationship — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Security and abuse prevention
To protect the site and limit automated, duplicate or abusive submissions — legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Campaign attribution
To understand which campaign or referring page led to a submitted request — legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. No persistent browser identifier is used.
Launch-update emails
To send occasional launch updates only when you select the optional checkbox — consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Optional website and advertising measurement
To understand visits, improve this landing page and measure visits attributable to Google Ads only after you allow the corresponding measurement purpose — consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is also requested before the corresponding cookies or identifiers are stored, accessed or sent to Google.
Compliance records
To record the notice and optional-consent versions shown and demonstrate that choices are honoured — legal obligations and legitimate interests in compliance and dispute handling.

4.Required and optional information

The contact, location and service fields marked as required are needed to process an early-access request. Without them, the request cannot be submitted. Marketing consent is optional and does not affect the request.

5.Recipients and international transfers

  • The individual owner and persons specifically authorised to administer the early-access list.
  • Vercel, which hosts and delivers the website.
  • Supabase, which provides the database and administrator authentication infrastructure.
  • Google, which provides Google Analytics for visitors who allow analytics and Google Ads measurement for visitors who separately allow advertising measurement.
  • Professional advisers or public authorities where access is necessary for advice, legal claims or compliance with law.

Lead details are not sold and are not sent to installers. If the future matching service begins, this notice will be changed before any such disclosure.

Google may process Analytics and Ads measurement data outside the EEA under its applicable data-processing terms and transfer safeguards. Advertising storage and advertising user-data signals are enabled only after the visitor allows advertising measurement. Google Signals and ad personalisation remain disabled.

Hosting regions and transfer safeguards
The primary lead database is hosted in Supabase’s eu-west-1 region in Ireland (EU). Lead data is not sold or disclosed to installers at this stage. The website and form requests are processed through Vercel, which may process data in the United States or other countries. Where a processor transfers personal data outside the EEA, the applicable data-processing agreement and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses provide the transfer safeguards.

6.Retention

Lead contact data
Up to 365 days after submission, then anonymised.
Consent and processing audit record
Up to 1,095 days after submission, then deleted.
Pseudonymous submission-attempt records
Up to 24 hours.
Google Analytics user and event data
Up to 2 months in the Analytics property. Standard aggregate reports may remain available for longer.
Google Ads measurement data
Retained by Google according to the Google Ads account's conversion and data-retention settings and Google's applicable terms. The site does not send form contact fields through the installed base tag.
Marketing data after withdrawal
No further marketing is sent; limited evidence of the previous consent and withdrawal may be retained for the audit period.

7.Browser storage and measurement

The public site stores your explicit language choice and cookie decision in local browser storage. Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement are optional and independently controlled. Under the site's basic consent mode, the shared Google tag is not requested and no measurement data is sent to Google until you allow at least one matching purpose. Analytics may set first-party _ga cookies; advertising measurement may store first-party _gcl_* click-attribution information. You can reject either purpose or withdraw your choices at any time through Cookie preferences in the footer. Strictly necessary, secure administrator-session cookies are used only after an authorised administrator signs in. See the Cookie Policy for the inventory and durations.

8.Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw marketing-email, analytics or advertising-measurement consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact the owner using the email above. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in the country where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement occurred.

9.Changes to this notice

An internal version record identifies this notice. A materially changed purpose will not be applied retroactively; a new notice and, where required, a new choice will be provided first.
